Komor v. United States

A Colorado resident filed a pro se lawsuit in the federal district court for the District of Colorado alleging that the United States and other federal defendants violated his fundamental constitutional rights by causing and contributing to the accumulation of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere. The plaintiff previously filed a similar <a href="https://climatecasechart.com/case/komor-v-united-states/">lawsuit</a> in the federal district court for the District of Arizona, which administratively closed the case in August 2019 pending completion of Juliana v. United States.
