Friends of the Irish Environment v. An Coimisiún Pleanála (Herbata Data Centre)

Friends of the Irish Environment have lodged an appeal against a decision by Ireland’s planning authority (a quasi-judicial body) to grant approval for a multi-billion-euro data centre complex in Ireland.
