IDLADS v. MINAM Enforcement Action (Approval of Guidelines and Procedures) - complaint

IDLADS brought an Enforcement Action against MINAM under the Tenth Final Complementary Provision of the Climate Change Act, which states that MINAM has to approve guidelines, methodological documents, guides, or procedures to approve management tools for climate change actions.
