Streamline Consulting Group LLC v. Legacy Carbon LLC

The arbitrator found that the defendant had breached the contract by failing to pay invoices, but they had not breached the non-circumvention agreement. Ultimately, the arbitrator found that the plaintiff owed the defendant hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees and costs. The Hawaii District Court granted the defendant’s motion to confirm this award.

The Hawaii District Court referred claims arising under the Services Agreement and/or the Non-Circumvention Agreement to arbitration.

The plaintiff alleged that the defendant violated a non-circumvention agreement after they entered separate negotiations with a carbon offset certification company originally introduced to them by Streamline.
