The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals held in abeyance a petition challenging a U.S. Corps of Engineers permit for a natural gas pipeline in Texas until the Corps completes reconsideration of the permit. The Corps suspended the permit after modifications to the plan for the liquefied natural gas terminal to which the pipeline was related.
