After the plaintiffs and defendants filed a joint stipulation of dismissal, the federal district court for the District of Oregon dismissed the lawsuit challenging EPA’s denial of a petition requesting that EPA undertake rulemaking pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) to phase out greenhouse gas pollution and remove legacy and residual greenhouse gas emissions.
