Environmental Defense Fund v. Zeldin

Ten environmental organizations led by Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) filed a petition for review in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals challenging EPA’s rule extending certain deadlines for standards of performance and emissions guidelines for sources in the oil and natural gas sector promulgated in March 2024. A separate petition for review filed by Center for Biological Diversity was consolidated with the EDF-led challenge.
