Gulf Restoration Network, Sierra Club, and Flint Riverkeeper filed a petition in the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals for review of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers issuance of Clean Water Act permits for a natural gas pipeline extending from Alabama to Florida.
