Snider v. Biden

The federal district court for the Eastern District of Tennessee dismissed on standing grounds a pro se plaintiff’s lawsuit challenging President Biden’s climate change policies. The court determined that the plaintiff did not demonstrate he suffered any harm, finding that the alleged “broad harms to the country as a whole, such as risks to farming” were “speculation at best,” with no allegation of imminent negative consequences to the plaintiff.
