Center for Biological Diversity (CBD) filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit in the federal district court for the District of Columbia seeking records from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) related to HUD’s funding for fossil fuel projects as compared to renewable energy alternatives.
