In re Footprint Power Salem Harbor Development, LP

The EPA Environmental Appeals Board (EAB) denied a petition seeking review of a Clean Air Act <a href="https://climatecasechart.com/case/in-re-petition-of-footprint-power-salem-harbor-development-lp-for-approval-to-construct-a-bulk-generating-facility-in-the-city-of-salem-massachusetts/">permit</a> for a natural gas-fired power plant in Massachusetts. The EAB concluded, among other findings, that the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection had properly set the greenhouse gas "best available control technology" limit.
