Lewis v. McCarthy

Two individuals filed a pro se petition in the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals for review of EPA’s <a href="http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2015-06-03/pdf/2015-13500.pdf">determination</a> that it had completed the Clean Air Act’s requirement that it promulgate emissions standards for source categories accounting for at least 90% of aggregated emissions of seven hazardous air pollutants. The petition asserted that the determination was “intricately-intertwined” with EPA’s proposed endangerment finding for greenhouse gases from aircraft.
