Complaint
Amended complaint filed.
The Center for Biological Diversity filed a lawsuit to compel the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to make findings on whether nine "highly-imperiled" species should be listed as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act. For four of the species (the Barrens topminnow, the foothill yellow-legged frog, the Northern Rockies fisher, and the Virgin River spinedace), the complaint alleged that climate change was one of the threats to the species and its habitat.
